Kim Turner

Kimberly "Kim" Turner-McKenzie (born March 21, 1961 in Birmingham, Alabama) is an American athlete who competed mainly in the 100 meter Hurdles.
She competed for the United States in the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, USA in the 100 meter hurdles where she won the bronze medal jointly with Michèle Chardonnet of France.

While at Mumford High School in Detroit, Michigan she set the still standing NFHS national high school record in the 110 yard hurdles at 13.6. * Won the 1984 US Olympic Trials 100 metres hurdles ( 5th in 1988 )
* Won the 1988 US National Championships 100 metres hurdles ( 2nd in 1989 )
* Two-Time US National Indoor Sprint Hurdles Champion ( 55 metres in 89 ) & ( 60 metres in 91 )
Note: In 1984 and 1988 the US Trials were a separate event from the National Championships.
